Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator Eric is into his fourth decade as a Florida lawyer. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, so he truly understands the risks of going to trial and the benefit of the mediation process. In the beginning of his career, most of the cases Eric handled were in the area of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including products liability and medical malpractice cases. More recently, most of Eric’s work has been in the area of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.

Eric was Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar from 1993 until 2023. He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named as a “Florida Super Lawyer” in insurance law, one of only approximately 20 lawyers statewide to receive this recognition, in 2008, 2009, 2011, 2014 – 2022. He was also named a "Florida Super Lawyer" in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2023. He was also recognized as a 2023 Boca Raton Observer Arbitration and Mediation, Top Lawyer.
