Mediator Romaguera is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. He has been a litigator and trial lawyer in the state of Florida for over 30 years. He has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, concentrating in litigation, dispute resolution, and mediation of claims of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, long-term care, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Romaguera is a sought-after speaker and has presented on various legal topics throughout the United States, including at the annual meeting of the American Society of Health Care Risk Managers and the ISPA Long-term Care Symposium. Has also addressed the Florida Health Care Association regarding long-term care issues.
