Brenda F. Pagliaro is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. With more than three decades of legal and litigation experience, she is resolution oriented and a problem solver. Her career began in private practice where she represented municipalities, employers, insured and self-insured clients. In 2004 she joined a large Florida corporation where she established their in-house legal department. Her practice focused on litigation of workers’ compensation and employment and labor Law, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, American with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended 2008, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, FLSA/Wage and Hour, Family Medical Leave Act and statutory Retaliation claims including Whistle-blower and Workers’ Compensation.
