Mediator Winston is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He has been a litigator and trial lawyer in the state of Florida for over 26 years. During that time, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Winston gained valuable experience working for two South Florida insurance defense firms and then made the switch to plaintiffs personal injury and wrongful death matters.

Mr. Winston has in-depth legal knowledge of Florida personal injury cases. He is accustomed to excellence and has built a reputation for providing clients with skilled, aggressive representation.
Mr. Winston is also an active member of the Broward County Bar Association. He currently serves on the Bench & Bar Committee and has served on the Professionalism Committee.
