Leveraging this extensive trial experience, Mr. Vocelle has already spent over 20 years arbitrating and mediating cases. In addition to serving as a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, he has frequently been appointed by both state and federal courts to serve as an Arbitrator and as a Special Master in hundreds of complex civil matters, including an anti-trust case. Furthermore, Mr. Vocelle’s dedication to the integrity of the legal profession is reflected in his long history of Bar leadership. He served eight years on The Florida Bar Board of Governors (1995–2003) and six years on The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education (2004–2010), serving as its Chairman in 2009-2010.
