Colleen Rivas comes to us with over two decades of experience in the legal field. She serves as the Executive Assistant to the COO and provides support for scheduling, billing, and administrative assistance. Before joining MediationWorks™, Colleen worked as a civil litigation paralegal. A New Jersey native, Colleen now resides in Boca Raton with her husband. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, including her grown children, family, and friends. Colleen also has a passion for travel, history and cooking, and dreams of one day visiting Italy to experience its renowned cuisine.
